Are your estimates free?
YES! Of course NGV Ltd do FREE estimates! We wouldn’t find it fair to charge you a ‘premium’ for a quotation. That being said, you will still receive a premium service from us!
What if we change our mind?
You are not entered into any abinding contract with us, just because you received an estimate from us. You are not required to proceed with any estimate you have had from us if no work has started
Do you do insurance quotations?
Yep! We do this also! There is a charge for any quotations/estimates required for Insurance purposes, however once the work has been accomplished, the amount will be deducted off your final bill. It will become clear what this will be once you’ve spoken to us about the job of course
What is required of me for NGV to start work?
..Well in general terms, an enthusiastic confirmation and a 50% deposit!
..Ok, you don’t HAVE to give us the enthusiatic confirmation comment, however confirmation you want us to start work would do just fine. We also require a 50% deposit for ALL work we quote for, prior to any work commencing. This helps to ensure jobs are completed in a timely-manner
